Tesco released the results of a mobile commerce / home delivery test that has thus far already seems to have become a rather spectacular success.  The system is so simple just about everyone says, “Why has no one done this yet?”.  Tesco installed Polyvinyl lifelike and to scale posters that are actual simulations of the store’s popular grocery aisles.  

The shopper can use a specialized Tesco app or the built in QR code reader in just about any smartphone found in South Korea.  One “Shops” by walking the Asiles as they would in a traditional store as they wait the average 12 minutes for the subway train to arrive.  They scan the QR codes and they are assembled in an online shopping cart.
